About us

One toolkit. Dozens of email utilities.

Email Extractor exists because small email-data tasks deserve better than ad-cluttered single-purpose sites — and because your contact data should never have to leave your device just to be cleaned up.

Why we built it

Most online email utilities work the same way: you paste your list into a website, it travels to a remote server, gets processed there, and comes back. Along the way it may be logged, retained for analytics, or shared with advertising networks. For something as sensitive as a customer or subscriber list, that model is backwards.

We flipped it. Every tool in this toolkit is written in plain client-side JavaScript that runs in your browser. Paste, process, copy or download — no account required, no unnecessary uploads, no complicated setup. You can open your network inspector while using any tool and watch exactly zero requests carry your data anywhere.

Who it is for

Marketers cleaning campaign lists, developers parsing scraped data, researchers processing survey exports, sales teams organizing leads by company, recruiters tidying candidate pools, analysts profiling datasets, students working on projects — anyone who regularly handles email data and wants fast answers without privacy trade-offs.

What is inside

Ten focused utilities share one local engine: an Email Extractor, a multi-rule Email Cleaner, a heuristicEmail Validator, anEmail Analyzer with live dashboards, plus formatters, deduplicators, sorters, counters, and converters. Each one does its job in seconds; together they cover the everyday life cycle of an email list.

The trade-off we chose

Some verifiers promise mailbox-existence checks by connecting to mail servers on your behalf. That capability requires uploading every address to their infrastructure — the exact thing we refuse to do. So our validator sticks to what can be known locally: syntax, disposable domains, role accounts, and typo detection. It is honest analysis without disclosure, and we think that is the right default for data you would not want leaked.
