Order is information
An unsorted list hides its structure. Sorted by domain, the three people from the same company land next to each other; sorted alphabetically, manual spot-checks become easy; sorted by TLD, country-code clusters jump out for regional segmentation.
The Email Sorter deduplicates first, then reorders your unique set with the mode you pick from the dropdown — results refresh live, and you can copy or download them immediately. Combined with the Domain Extractor you can go from “sort by company” to “list of companies” in two clicks.
As always, the operation is entirely local: your list never leaves your browser tab, making this safe for confidential contact data of any kind.

FAQ
Email Sorter questions
Which sorting modes are available?
Alphabetical ascending and descending, grouped by domain (ascending or descending), grouped by top-level domain such as .com or .org, and by total address length — useful for spotting malformed entries that are suspiciously short or long.
Is sorting stable for duplicates?
Exact duplicate lines collapse into one entry first, so every output address appears exactly once. Sorting then applies to the clean unique set.
Why sort by domain?
Domain grouping clusters colleagues on the same company mail server together, makes provider-specific segments obvious at a glance, and simplifies split campaigns where different domains get different sending schedules.
Does sorting upload my addresses?
No. Sorting happens in your browser’s memory in a few milliseconds. Nothing is sent to any server.
