One list in, one clean copy out
Duplicates sneak into every mailing list: repeated imports, merged spreadsheets, form resubmissions, CRM sync quirks. The Email Deduplicator finds them all in a single pass and hands you back the first occurrence of each address, preserving order so your data stays traceable.
Unlike bulk-cleaning services that require you to upload your entire contact database to their servers, this tool does its work inside your browser. Your list exists only on your machine — which matters if you handle customer, subscriber, or candidate data under GDPR or similar obligations.
When you need deeper cleaning beyond duplicates — invalid syntax, disposable domains, role accounts — switch to the full Email Cleaner; for a quick quality readout of what remains, the Email Analyzer gives you domain and provider breakdowns instantly.

FAQ
Email Deduplicator questions
How are duplicates detected?
By default the comparison is case-insensitive — Jane.Doe@Example.com and jane.doe@example.com count as one address, because mail servers treat them identically. Disable case-insensitive mode to compare strings exactly as written.
Does the order of my list change?
No. The first occurrence of each unique address is kept and every later duplicate is dropped, so your list preserves its original order unless you explicitly enable sorting.
Why deduplicate an email list at all?
Duplicate addresses waste email-sending credits, skew open-rate statistics, can trigger spam complaints when the same person is contacted repeatedly, and make analytics unreliable. Deduplication is usually the first step before any campaign or import.
Is my list uploaded while deduplicating?
Never. The entire operation runs in your browser tab using local memory. Nothing is transmitted, logged, or stored.
