1. What the Service is

The Service provides free, browser-based utilities for working with email addresses — extraction, cleaning, validation heuristics, analysis, formatting, deduplication, domain extraction, sorting, counting, and format conversion. All processing of the content you enter (“Your Data”) happens locally in your web browser. We do not receive, store, transmit on your behalf, or otherwise process Your Data on our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

  • use extracted addresses for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, harassment, or any activity that violates anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or local equivalents;
  • extract or process personal data you have no lawful basis to possess;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its hosting;
  • misrepresent the origin of any communications sent to addresses you process with the Service.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output of the tools and for ensuring you have a lawful basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) for processing any personal data you enter.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Validation results are local heuristics and are not a guarantee that any address exists, is deliverable, or is safe to message. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiemailextractor.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, deliverability harm, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, branding, and source code are owned by aiemailextractor.com and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to Your Data; running it through our tools transfers nothing to us — indeed, Your Data never reaches us at all. You may not copy substantial parts of the site or present the Service as your own.

6. Third-party links

The Service may link to external websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the tools, features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
